Grant of License

SUPRALIA LLC’s digital creative store grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products and design resources you have purchased from our website for personal or commercial use, including an Extended Commercial License intended for Corporations and Big Companies that use these assets on a constant and long-term basis.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the products to any third party.
• Distribute or make the products available over a network where they could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the products.
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the products.

Termination

This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of the restrictions outlined in this EULA. In such case, you must destroy all copies of the products in your possession.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The products and design resources are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. SUPRALIA LLC does not guarantee that the products will meet your requirements or that the operation of the products will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the US state of Wyoming.
